Important Dates

May 5 – early deadline to be included in the "Souvenir Program Magazine"

May 19 – final deadline for vendor applications and payments due

May 23 – deadline for food vendors to submit permit requests to the Lake County Office of Environmental Health. This applies to any food served at the event that is meant to be eaten there. This includes free samples. Sprint Boat Grand Prix will send info to all food vendors when approved for participation in the event. Each food vendor is responsible for submitting their own application and securing approval to serve food.

June 2 & 3 – event dates


Booth Space Pricing (for each 10'x10' space):

Informational/Nonprofit Booths (not selling merchandise) – 2 Days - $100

Product Booths (selling merchandise) – 2 Days - $150

Food Booths – 2 Days - $200

  • Vendors must operate their booth both days of the event from 9am-5pm.
  • Payment is due with vendor applications (check or money order by mail or request invoice to pay with a credit/debit card online). Please make checks payable to Sprint Boat Grand Prix and mail to Sprint Boat Grand Prix, 2707 Buckingham Drive, Kelseyville, CA 95451.
  • Payment will be refunded if vendors are for any reasons rejected by the planning committee.
  • Payment will not be refunded due to rain.
  • If you require more than a 10x10 space, please contact Kim Lewis at to discuss options.


  • Booth set up starts Friday between 12pm-5pm and Saturday between 7am-8:30am. All booths must be setup by 9am when doors open.
  • All vendor vehicles must be moved out of the vendor area by 8:30am.
  • Break down begins at 5pm.
  • Vendors must furnish their own tables, tents, chairs, signs, etc.
  • Food/drink for vendors is available for purchase from other vendors (or bring lunch)
  • Vendors must operate their booth both days of the event from 9am-5pm.
  • This event will operate “Rain or Shine”

All food vendors must complete and submit a "Temporary Food Facility Permit Application" for Lake County.

Failure to submit the application at least seven (7) days prior to the event may result in additional fees or preventing the approval of the permit.
